On May 15, 2025, a Department of English Language faculty Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Qadir Saeed participated as a presenter in a national symposium entitled ´Language Competency and Effective Teaching in the Era of AI´, which was held in College of Education- Raparin University in Qaladze. Dr. Muhammed Qadir presented a seminar on personalized language learning with AI in which he gave a definition to AI and language competency. Dr. Muhammed gave reasons to the question (why personalized language learning matters?). Dr. Muhammed talked about the role of AI in language competency and referred to the most effective teaching strategies in the era of AI. Before coming to the end, he listed some important AI tools.
